Farmcrowdy Is Letting Nigerians Farm Online
If you've been paying any attention at all, then you know that in Nigeria, agriculture is the new oil – so unless you are one of the people that think MMM is the future, then you should know where you should start facing.
When Nigerians hear they can become farmers without ever entering a farm:
Farmcrowdy is Nigeria's first digital agriculture platform focused on connecting farm sponsors with real farmers.
Through the platform, Nigerians across the world can pay to own a farm space – start and complete a farming cycle all online.
How does it work?
People (called Farm Partners) on the platform can sponsor any farm of their choice: Maize farms, poultry farms, cassava farms and tomato farms.
The farm partners then get bi-weekly updates about their farm progress including pictures and videos from the farmers. Farm partners can also visit their farms if and whenever they want to.
With over 50 partners locally and internationally who have sponsored over 200 farm units, Farmcrowdy is only just getting started – oya, sign up and start farming.
