Fans Petition To Get Zack Snyder Fired From 'Justice League' Movies
After working on Man of Steel in 2013 and this year's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Zack Snyder is busily getting ready to bring Justice League to cinemas for November 2017. When that's over, he'll then start work on part 2 of the movie to hit screens in 2019.
But there's a problem: the long-awaited on-screen adventures of Batman and Superman were not well received by all. In fact, some fans feel so strongly about the matter that they want Snyder booted off future DC Comics projects altogether.
In a petition addressed to Warner Bros. – which has already gathered almost 10,000 signatures of support – the disgruntled fans state:
"Zack Snyder is not the person to bring the Justice League to the big screen. He's had two chances now to adapt DC characters and has produced middling results. Even if you loved Man of Steel and BvS.
There has to come a time when WB and DC want someone at the helm that can create something that WON'T divide people in such a way.
Zack Snyder is just not the guy that should be in charge of the biggest and most important films in the franchise. Especially with his track record now."
