Newly Unveiled Lady Gaga Wax Figure Is So Bad It Hurts
Allow us to just say this as a start: we're not in the business of shitting on people's, eh, artistry, but the disservice that has been done to Lady Gaga by a wax museum in Peru is truly unlike anything we've seen before.
A new wax figure has been unveiled at an exhibition in Lima, Peru and reportedly, it's supposed to be in the likeness of Mother Monster herself, Lady Gaga. The only issue, however, is that it is scarily inaccurate to the point that it is liable to produce nightmares.
After the Beyonce wax figure nightmare – where the singer's skin and bodacious features were whitewashed and flattened to the point of being basically unrecognisable; not to mention that absurd looking figure of Cristiano Ronaldo that was unveiled earlier this year – we really didn't think things could get much worse; oh, but they did.
The figure is meant to look like Gaga in her infamous meat dress from the 2010 VMAs, but geeeez did they miss the mark.
Images of the figure have begun circulating on Twitter and naturally, the Little monsters are shook. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time Gaga has been gravely disrespected by someone with a wax mould– as the below tweets illustrate.
The silver lining, however, is that there are decent wax representations of Gaga that exist in the world which find the singer-songwriter in a much, much more pleasing light.
And truth be told, we'll need all the positive thoughts and affirmations we can get after making eye contact with that, "Wax sculpture of an alien cockroach that murdered Lady Gaga and is wearing her skin." Enjoy!
How on earth did someone get PAID to professionally make a Lady Gaga wax figure that looks like THIS? pic.twitter.com/YHJjCehNtM— Colin Clark (@colinclark1995) October 20, 2017

This Lady Gaga wax figure in the Madamme Tussaud’s museum in Amsterdam is the closest I’ll be to see her live. Sad. pic.twitter.com/TvB8M4woQM— Monster Reactions (@LMonsterReacts) September 30, 2017
