Margot Robbie, Christian Bale And Michael B. Jordan Will Be Working Together On A Film
David O. Russel's latest project is starting to take shape.
Since Joy, which was released in 2015, we haven't heard much from director David O. Russel. But now he's back with a new project and a very promising cast.
With Christian Bale already on board, it's now Margot Robbie's turn to sign up to the project. After playing Sharon Tate in Tarantino's Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood and a reporter harassed by Roger Ailes, the boss of Fox News, in Scandal, she's currently starring in Harley Quinn: Birds of Prey.
Today, a new name has been added to the already exciting cast list. It's Michael B. Jordan, Erik Killmonger in Black Panther, who received critical acclaim for Just Mercy. Rumor has it that David O. Russell is also in discussions with another Michael, Michael Shannon (The Shape of Water), and would like to offer roles to Mike Myers and Robert De Niro.
The film, which we know very little else about so far, will be released in 2021.
