Sylvester Stallone Accused Of Forcing A 16-Year-Old Into Threesome

Sylvester Stallone has been accused of sexually assaulting a minor following the reemergence of a police report dating back two decades. In the 1986 report, obtained by the Daily Mail, a 16-year-old girl accuses Stallone and his bodyguard at the time Michael De Luca of forcing her to have sex with both men.

The girl is said to have consented to go to a Las Vegas hotel room with the actor, who was 40 when the reported incident occurred, but became frightened when the bodyguard got involved.

According to the report, the teenager did not press charges because she was "humiliated and ashamed," as well as "scared." The officer who took the alleged victim's statement wrote:

"She said that after she got dressed, Stallone made the comment to her that they were both married men and that she could not tell anybody about the incident and if she did, that they would have to beat her head in."

The case was consequently dropped. Stallone has categorically denied the claims via a statement from his spokesperson Michelle Bega. As TMZ reports, she writes:

"This is a ridiculous, categorically false story. No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone. At no time was Mr. Stallone ever contacted by authorities or anyone else regarding this matter."

Bega refused to answer any further questions on the matter. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has confirmed that the report is a true copy of the original.
