As the Shelby clan steadily extend their empire into the real world, new Peaky Blinders-inspired treats are dropping all the time. First came a special craft beer, followed by an entire themed bar in Devon and, more recently, a new bar in Liverpool.
Today, Sadler's, the folks who brought us the first PB tipple, have branched out into spirits with a new line that includes rum, whiskey and gin.
As it goes, the Black Country-based brand, which dates back to the 1900s, actually own some of the public houses that the real Peaky Blinders used to frequent. As such, they've decided to release a new range in tribute to the 1920s and the new flavors and distilling methods that arrived in the region thanks to immigration.
The whiskey is, of course, an Irish variety aged in a sherry casket while the rum is a "bold and black" offering with tones of orange, vanilla and raisin. Finally, the gin boasts exotic spices and botanicals, and is described as "not for the faint-hearted."
All the products are priced at £29.99 ($40) for a standard 70 cl bottle, or you can pick up a bumper pack containing all three for £84.99 ($113). With season four of Peaky Blinders currently killing it on BBC 2 and New Year's Eve just around the corner, the timing of the new range couldn't be better. Cheers!
