Little by little, Migos is sketching out a rough shape of what to expect from upcoming third studio album Culture II. After dropping a first single from the disc – "MotorSport" featuring Nicki Minaj and Cardi B – the trio have served up brand new track "Stir Fry".
This time around Quavo, Takeoff and Offset haven't invited any special guests to feature but they have worked with a pretty exceptional producer in the form of Pharrell Williams. Joining the crew just a week after releasing N.E.R.D's latest album, Pharrell has mixed up Migos' usual trap vibes with a funkier and more complex sound.
While we've known for a while that Migos was set to give Culture a follow-up disc, we still don't have a specific release date for the full album. But as the New York Times recently reported, the third album from the Atlanta collective should be hitting the shelves at some point in January 2018.
In the meantime, you can re-listen to their collabs from this year, with everyone from DJ Khaled to Lil Yachty, on new label compilation Quality Control, Control The Streets Vol.1. You're welcome.
