Joe Keery Promises To Shave His Head If David Harbour Wins A Golden Globe

We feel like the vibes on the Stranger Things set must be so good, we'd love to be a fly on the wall during filming. Luckily the stars of the show are constantly updating their Instagram pages with hilarious snaps of themselves and each other so we can appreciate their friendship goals from afar. 

The latest offering is a photo that David Harbour (Jim Hopper) posted online to celebrate his nomination for the 2018 Golden Globes, featuring a possible outfit choice for the ceremony (jokes). But if you look a little closer, you can see that Joe Keery (Steve Harrington) has left a comment on the photo containing a heartbreaking promise.

"I tip my hat to Golden Globes for the nomination," wrote Harbour in the caption. "My Christmas present came early this year. You got me feeling all the holiday feels." 

To which Keery responded: "“If you win David, Duffer’s [the Stranger Things creators] get to shave my head (sic)." Just below that Gaten Matarazzo, whose character Dustin struck up a delightful bromance with Steve this season, replied "Hail to the chief!"

Of course Joe's promise did not go unnoticed, triggering a stream of comments begging the actor not to touch his iconic locks. Just this season, we learned the secret of the character's luscious 'do (basically lashings of Farrah Fawcett hairspray) after his hair garnered so much attention in the first chapter of the show.

Recently describing his IRL hair routine to Good Mythical Morning, Joe Keery explained that he simply just doesn't wash it very often, stating: "You gotta extend the shelf life, do you know what I mean?"

There's only one thing for it: David Harbour will have to lose the Golden Globe. On a sidenote, we've also just noticed that Harbour's Instagram page description notes that it is "A Joe Keery fan page". You guys...
