After a career spanning just ten years, Drake is now one of the most influential artists in the contemporary rap game. Brought to the public eye by manager Jas Prince back in 2009, before being signed to Lil Wayne's label Young Money, Aubrey Drake Graham has come a long way. Today, Driz is set to be the subject of a new documentary reportedly set to retrace his incredible rise to fame.
Created by social media influencer MarQuis Trill, Toronto to Houston is said to contain exclusive clips and interviews with the artist. However, as TMZ reports, the documentary has not been approved by Drake or any member of his team, adding that clips used in the trailer have been pulled from previously released productions.
This didn't stop Trill from taking to Instagram, posting the trailer with the following message:
While it's not exactly clear what the unofficial project is actually going to turn out to be, we're curious as hell to find out. Originally slated for a summer release, the future of the film doesn't seem to be set in stone for the moment. You can, however, enjoy the trailer just below.
