Chance The Rapper's Seeking An Artist To Paint Dead Celebs

Chance The Rapper is at it again letting the creative juices flow. The famed philanthropic Chicago rapper, who's in the midst of working on his fourth LP, took to Twitter to solicit some help bringing an artistic project to life.

In a 00:34 second clip published to his feed, we see Chance – real name Chancelor Jonathan Bennett – puffing on a familiar smokey substance while exclaiming that he's seeking out an artist who can create, "A big ass painting with all the people from the 27 Club, in their 60s, at an expensive ass resort."

The request comes seemingly out of nowhere, but for someone like Chance, whose daily life revolves around the arts and making impressions, this may be a relatively normal thought that's just been brewing for some time.

"I want a big ass painting with all the people from the 27 Club, in their 60s, at an expensive ass resort."

For those not in-the-know, the 27 Club is a list of iconic and revered artist who died at the tragically young age. Notable members include Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morrison, Amy Winehouse, Jean-Michel Basquiat and Kurt Cobain.

Of course, anyone with any creative ability, especially the rare few who actually have the talent to achieve this ambitious request, would want to let Chance know that they're interested. Naturally, the call for artist produced an outpouring of young talent in his mentions, eager for the 24-year-old rapper to take a look at their work.

So, what do you think? Do you see the artist with the ability in this batch? Or maybe you know someone cut out, or it's you. Seeing as Chance is ultra active on Twitter and pretty responsive, we think it's the ideal time to chime in if you've got the juice.
