How Belle Nnorom Went From Running A Food Blog To Creating A Spice Range

Belle Nnorom's love for cooking blossomed at a very young age – mostly due to all the time she spent watching her mother run a successful catering business.

When she was 15 years old, her mother finally left her to run the business. This was the moment Nnorom discovered her passion (and talent) for creating brand new recipes and experimenting with a bunch of flavours.

Her passion for cooking led her to create a food blog, Foodace, where she shared her inventive recipes – from her take on seafood okro soup to her special recipe for meat pies.

It didn't take long for Nnorom to go from creating recipes to creating spices she thought would go with her meals better than the ones she found in stores. That's how the Foodace spice range was born – with a bunch of different spices, from the grill mix to the pepper soup seasoning.

About what inspired her to start the Food Ace spice range, Nnorom said on her website:

"The spice range was born from my relentless experiments to find flavour blends that would work better than seasonings available on the store shelves."
