Since his well-deserved breakout with the fantastic "Tonight", Nonso Amadi has consistently doled out endearing jam after endearing jam. A few months ago, he released his first official single of 2018, "No Crime", which he's now dropped a fitting video for.
The self-produced track finds Nonso crooning about a relationship that seems to be going off the rails — an experience that has left him feeling emotionally numb. "Don't show me love again/And it feels like novacane", he sings at the start of the track.
The accompanying Meji Alabi-directed is expectedly stunning, following Nonso and a love interest as they engage in playful banter. As the video progresses, matching the tone of the song, we watch the painful decline of their once adorable relationship.
