Best known for his work as frontman for Vampire Weekend, Ezra Koenig's been busy during the group's hiatus working on an animated series Neo Yokio. The series, which Koenig created/wrote/executive produced has been picked up on Netflix and follows the life of Kaz Kaan who belongs to a group of "magistocrats."
These pink-haired demon slayers once liberated the city of Neo Yokio, the name and aesthetic of which is giving us futuristic New York vibes.
Along with its high-profile creator, the show boasts a load of voice acting talent. From the likes of Jaden Smith as Kaz Kaan, and Jude Law as his giant robot butler Charles.
Fans will also recognize the likes of Susan Sarandon, Tavi Gevinson, Jason Schwartzman, Steve Buscemi, Kiernan Shipka, Willow Smith, Richard Ayoade and Stephen Fry.
Neo Yokio will be on Netflix from September 22.
