Drake And Wizkid's 'One Dance' Is Now Spotify's Most Streamed Song Ever

While we impatiently wait for Wizkid and Drake to release their third collaboration, their massive 2016 hit, "One Dance", just broke a Spotify record – inching it closer to that 'song of the year' Grammy it thoroughly deserves.

Spotify, one of the world’s leading music streaming services, announced on its Twitter page that "One Dance" is now the most listened to song on their platform with over 882 million streams since its premiere in April 2016.

"One Dance" overtakes Major Lazer’s "Lean On" which was the most streamed song globally on Spotify in 2015 – with 875 million streams – and with an absence of a music video for the Drake and Wizkid hit, expect that number to continue rising with more people heading to streaming services to get their "One Dance" fix.
