Marvel has its recipe for success down to a fine art. With Black Panther getting ready to touch down in cinemas and fans already hyped for Avengers: Infinity War, the superhero specialists are striking while the iron's hot with a surprise teaser for the sequel to 2015's Ant-Man.
Entitled Ant-Man and The Wasp, the latest production will see Paul Rudd step back into the tiny shoes of shrinking superhero Ant-Man, alongside Evangeline Lilly as Wasp.
We don't learn an awful lot about the movie's plot in this latest clip, beyond the fact that Scott Lang isn't in a great way following his Captain America: Civil War battle. Sporting an electronic bracelet and under the watchful eye of the FBI, our hero has returned to the Pym family with one important mission in mind: to find Janet Van Dyne, aka. Hope's mother.
On the other hand, we do get a sneak peek at some of the graphics awaiting us, including shrinking cars and the Wasp's suit (which is basically the same as Ant-Man's with some cool additional details). You may also notice the presence of Laurence Fishburne in the role of Giant-Man and the absence of Michelle Pfeiffer, set to play Janet. Finally, we catch a blink-and-you'll-miss-it glimpse of Marvel's newest villain Ghost.
Ant-Man and the Wasp will hit theaters on July 6.
