Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje Is Fantastic In The Trailer For Upcoming Show, 'The Fix'

Two months ago, we reported that British-Nigerian actor, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje will be returning to ABC — following the cancellation of his last show on the network, Ten Days in the Valley — for an exciting new drama, The Fix, and the trailer is finally here.

Described as "part legal thriller, part confessional and part revenge fantasy", The Fix follows Maya Travis (Robin Tunney), a prosecutor who quit her job and left Los Angeles after the jury found Oscar-winning actor, Sevvy Johnson (Akinnuoye-Agbaje) innocent of a double murder.

When, eight years later, news breaks that Sevvy Johnson’s girlfriend has been brutally murdered, Maya makes the decision to return to Los Angeles to confront the alleged murderer, seek justice and redeem her career.

Anyone who’s seen Akinnuoye-Agbaje’s work on shows like Lost and Oz already know what a fantastic actor he is, and if this trailer is anything to go by, he is giving yet another terrific (and frightening) performance. Maybe The Fix could finally land him that Emmy he’s long deserved.

No official release date has been announced yet, but you can check out the trailer below:
