It's official: Martin Scorsese's upcoming star-studded feature The Irishman is finally taking shape.
The legendary director is currently realising all our movie fantasies by pairing up Robert de Niro and Al Pacino for his new movie about Frank "The Irishman" Sheeran, a hitman suspected of making major mob boss Jimmy Hoffa 'disappear' back in 1975.
Today, we've been treated to the first images of the ultimate dream team in action on-set in New York. This is the first time the duo has reunited in twenty years, following their work on Michael Mann's Heat.
Set to take place over forty years, the movie has used special effects to take the iconic actors – who, let's face it, aren't getting any younger – back to their youth.
Also set to star Scorsese favourite Joe Pesci, The Irishman is set to hit Netflix some time in 2018.
