Since his last media outing following his clash with Pusha T, Drake has recently attracted more positive headlines. On 13 June, Drizzy released the video clip for his latest single "I'm Upset" and has (finally) announced a release date for his next album, Scorpion.
In the video clip, Drake puts on a big reunion with his old friends from Degrassi, the series in which he played the young Jimmy Brooks between 2002 and 2010. To make the video, he called on his buddies from his time on the show, including Nina Dobrev, Stacey Farber, Jake Epstein, A.J. Saudin, Jason Mewes, Kevin Smith and even the high school principal, who clearly likes his food.
And the most striking detail: at the beginning of the video clip, 6 God gets out of his bed in the middle of the basketball court used by the Toronto Raptors. And as if the video wasn't enough, Drake announced at the same time that Scorpion will be released at the end of the month, on June 29. The announcement was made on his Instagram account with a photo of himself, which is likely to feature on the cover of his fifth studio album.
