DJ Khaled is something like the People's Champ of entertainment. He's a multi-faceted major producer, social media icon and now, Weight Watchers' newest brand ambassador.
The more than 50-year-old company – which found its fame through promoting a point-based diet system and boasting Oprah Winfrey as a long time spokesperson – obviously took notice of Khaled's cultural influence.
Khaled's official title in the Weight Watchers empire is Social Media Ambassador, meaning you're about to see a whole lot more of him on his social media accounts peddling the system.
Khaled recently posted a five-part video series on his Instagram highlighting his weight loss goals, eating regimen and overall bliss with the point-based program while tracking his vegan food-focused meals.
Already claiming to have lost 20 pounds using the program, fans of Khaled will all recognize his main influence for weight loss being the birth of his son, Asahd, who is now a barely 1-year-old social media celebrity in his own right.
